Owner forms

- Furnished property checklist - Please fill out if you are renting your home furnished. This will help keep track of items in your home.
- W-9 - When Blizzard pays an owner $600 or more during a tax year, we have to report these payments to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Please fill out this W-9
